Can I exchange a t-shirt for a different size? |
Yes, we want our customers to be happy, so you are welcome to return an item in exchange for another size... Please check our sizechart and measure up one of your t-shirts to compare. |
The Size I want says 'BackOrder' - what does that mean? |
| Occassionally we will run out of a particular size. If you buy an item on 'BackOrder' it means we will have to get it made especially for you - there is approx. a 3 week wait on backorder items. |
| How long will it take to arrive? |
| Australian delivery is between 2 - 7 days, International deliver is between 7 - 14 days. |
What happens if I buy 2 t-shirts - one that is in stock, and one that is on backorder? |
For Australian customers we will post the in stock item striaght away, and send the backorder item when it is ready. For International customers we will have to wait and post both the items together. |
| How can I pay for my order? |
| You can pay using your credit card via our secure PayPal Checkout |
| I don't have a credit card - what should i do? |
| You should show our kickass designs to one of your friends who does have a credit card. They will most likely want to buy one aswell, and don't forget there is FREE DELIVERY when you buy 2 or more items. |
| Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? |
| We use a secure PayPal Checkout to process payments. PayPal is the internets leading payment system and all your details are encrypted to make sure they remain private |
| Do I need a PayPal account? |
No - after the transaction is complete PayPal will ask if you would like to save your details for future purposes - this is up to you. |

T-shirts have been used since the 1950's to cover the naked body. Purchasing a t-shirt can eliminate some of the many problems associated with nakedness*. * Please note - decibel clothing provides temporary relief of the symptoms of nakedness, but does not offer a cure to the root cause of nakedness. If nakedness persists please see a healthcare professional. |
Why should i buy a hoodie? |
Hooded jumpers have been used throughout the ages to reduce coldness. If you are cold right now or can foresee yourself becoming cold in the near future then you should purchase a hoodie in preperation. |
Who is Boss? |
Boss is the best mammal in the universe. boss is a lop eared rabbit who oversees all aspects of decibel clothing co, and although he spends the majority of his time eating packaging supplies* he is a very valuable team member.
*The packaging supplies consumed by Boss are merely a snack and do not form part of his regular diet. Boss eats a nutrient rich balanced diet consisting of carrots, oats, bread, grass, and the occasional dropped timtam. The droopiness of his ears is caused by a natural birth defect and not by mistreatment.
